Any D-Series Globes are not refundable after client opened the package or tried to install it. Reason for that is, we are unable to test the workability of the product, as we do not stock the ballast of all sizes for testing purposes. If this Items was not installed at all, we can exchange it with another product of the same value, due to incorrectly ordered. This will only be done if NO fitment attempt took place.
The globes need to be returned to Syncro Automotive Head Office for Review before exchange.
