We reserve the right to:

While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or amend orders where necessary.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept secure online payments via:

• PayFast
• PayFlex

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and cleared.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days.

Syncro is not liable for:

• Delays caused by couriers
• Incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Returned products must:

• Be in original packaging
• Not show signs of misuse or installation damage
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before approving a refund or exchange.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.

7. Warranty Policy

All Syncro Automotive products include a 1-year warranty, covering product functionality only.

The warranty does not cover:

• Installation damage
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or negligence
• Incorrect fitment
• Normal wear and tear

DIY installation is permitted; however, we recommend installation by a Syncro-approved agent. Warranty coverage may be limited where improper installation is evident.

The warranty is valid for one replacement claim per product. Multiple faults occurring at the same installation point within the 1-year period may require further investigation and may not be covered.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syncro Group (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or vehicle damage arising from improper installation, misuse, or incorrect product application.

Syncro’s total liability in respect of any claim relating to the purchase or use of a product shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights granted to consumers under the South African Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable law.

9. Use of Website

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas of the website
• Misuse, copy, distribute, or exploit confidential information

• Access to certain sections of the website is restricted to approved agents or authorised users. Unauthorised access to these areas is strictly prohibited.

Syncro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or specific account privileges if these Terms are breached.

All website content, including technical data, images, product specifications, branding, and pricing information, remains the intellectual property of Syncro Group (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Agent / Dealer Registration and Access

11.1 Application and Approval

Agents and dealers may apply for registration through the Syncro website. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Syncro Group (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

11.2 Restricted Access

Approved agents will receive access to restricted sections of the website containing technical information, product specifications, pricing structures, and other confidential materials.

This information is provided strictly for business purposes related to the sale and promotion of Syncro products.

11.3 Confidentiality

All technical documentation, pricing information, and product specifications made available to agents are confidential and may not be shared, distributed, copied, or disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from Syncro.

Unauthorised distribution may result in immediate termination of access and possible legal action.

11.4 Account Responsibility

Agents are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity conducted under an approved agent account is the responsibility of the registered business.

11.5 Suspension or Termination

Syncro reserves the right to suspend or terminate agent access at any time if:

• The agent breaches these Terms
• Confidential information is misused

The agent no longer represents the Syncro brand in good standing

Termination of access does not affect any outstanding obligations between the parties.

Syncro reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
