All Syncro Automotive products include a 1-year warranty.
- Our solutions are designed for DIY installation; however, we strongly recommend that installation be carried out by Syncro-approved agents.
- When products are self-installed, the warranty coverage is limited, as improper handling or installation may result in damage.
Syncro Automotive is not a corporate entity with restrictive warranty policies. Should a product fail to function as intended within the 1-year warranty period, we will replace it, provided the issue relates to product functionality. The 1-year warranty applies strictly to manufacturing or functional defects and does not cover damage caused by installation errors, misuse, accidents, or external impact.
The warranty is valid for a single claim only. If multiple faults occur within the 1-year period on the same installation point or vehicle location (e.g., spotlights), these will not be covered under warranty. In such cases, further investigation will be required to determine the underlying cause.
